Fantasia will be getting her own VH1 reality series, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The former American Idol winner and nine-time Grammy nominee has received a series commitment from the network for a show, as yet untitled, that is set to premiere in early 2010.
The project will follow Fantasia’s life as a recording artist and young single mother. It could be a great idea from her management, because outside of starring in the play “The Color Purple”, Fantasia has been quiet, and Keyshia Cole’s successful reality show “The Way It Is” on BET certainly helped increase her buzz and sales, and of course her bottomline, Keyshia driving a Phantom now right….LOL
