1. your video should include an introduction with your name, city and state, any accomplishments or career highlights
2. Samples of your work, atleast 2 displays of your ability.
3. Maximum amount of time for a submission is 7 minutes
4. should be in WMV format, or post a youtube link, should be no more than 7 minutes total
5. No more than one submission with a 90 day period
6. Submissions are allowed from the 15-30th of every month, other dates your mail will not be accepted
7. Include your contact information
8. Submissions will not be returned, and if accepted we will contact you with further information.
